I am running for office again. This time I'm running for attention county commissioner precinct two. Now, there are lots of points of contention, but there's two main ones. So here in Venture County, we have term TY voting during early voting, but not on election day. Not on the last day of vote. This confuses a lot of people.

And some college kids say, eh, I've got to make a class, I guess I can't vote today. Or there's another story, this one guy who's on a reading machine had to be hydraulically lifted out of his car as he's in a wheelchair. He rolls in and told sorry, sir, you can't vote here, you've got to go somewhere else. I mean, we in the Democratic Party, we feel that

this redirection of voters is voter subjection. We're seeing about 15% of people right now being redirected on election day can do this. So we need to have county wide voting on election day, or what some people call vote centers. Another thing that I understand against is the 287G program. Now what that means in landing terms is the local cooperation of local law enforcement with ICE.

And this is something I stand strongly against because ICE is, they're just grabbing people at this point, like even if you're American says that they're grabbing you now. And the problem here is that through this program because our local law enforcement is now contracting with ICE. If a local ICE individual does something wrong or messes up, and their family wants to sue, well, they're not going to sue the ICE agency.

They're going to sue that county. And so we become liable for any mistakes that those local law uh ICE officers do. So those are the two main points of detection as why I'm running for County Commissioner 362. And now is the point where they're telling you this gets a little bit awkward because let's be transparent here. Um I'm voting against Kevin Faulkner.

Kevin Faulkner, I know it's been your mayor for a very long time. I know he's very well known in the area, and I know that it's very well liked. Now, look, I'm not going to do any modestly. I like Kevin Faulkner. I do I like However, as much as I like Kevin Faulkner,

would county by voting in Denton County on election day even more. As much as I like Kevin Faulkner, I would like us to undo our contract with ICE even more. So that's one thing. Please understand that it's not being personal. It's strictly off the policies that I advocate for. Again, my name is Dale Frey.
