In Denton County, during the early voting period, you can vote at any location countywide, but then on election day, you have to go to your specific neighborhood precinct location. A group of voters argued Tuesday morning that that is confusing. An organized group of voters say they will spend five public comment periods trying to convince Denton County Commissioners to switch to countywide voting on election day as well.

Up to 7,000 people went to the wrong location on election day, according to the group of election judges. County commissioners at this point show no signs of changing plans, especially as we are only four months out from the November election. However, volunteers and two election judges still made their case this morning. And we establish a consistent idea that you can vote

anywhere in the county, but yet on the last day to vote, on the last day to vote, we're switching up the rules. I mean, come on, guys, that's just not fair. That hurts my heart when people take the time off of work, try to leave school to go out to go and vote, and they get turned away. This is something we're gonna keep an eye on heading

into the November election. Phil Prasen, NBC Football.
