He gave Ted the lightest push-back on things where I feel the old Bill would have eviscerated him. I know that he has always talked to both sides of the isle - but this interview with Ted was a s**t show.

So I've been trying to catch up on Bill Maher last night. I used to I used to love this show, but it's starting to really become unwatchable, and I'm wondering if it's just me. I'm wondering if it's just me. Because look, you you can have Ted Cruz on your show.
That's fine. But you should at least debate him and not Brown knows him. And that's all that I saw. Like I had to put it down. Is it just me? Because Bill Maher is not the same Bill Maher he used to be.
I don't know if I'm crazy. It used to be a type of thing where he would press on both sides, and that is not what is happening anymore. But I don't know. Maybe it's just me. Maybe maybe I'm senile.
