Okay, so unfortunately HP nine hundred has just passed the House and the Senate is now going to go to government Abbott's desk where it's gonna ban all sorts of books throughout the state. And when I say banning all sorts of books, let me show you an example on just how far an extreme this legislation is. Is sex with a prostitute patently offensive to you?
Yes. Yes. It is. Okay. So if if sex with a prostitute is sexual conduct and patently offensive under your bill, lonesome dove by Larry McMurch would be banned in school libraries across Texas. I'm just saying if we're doing this so broadly to
where you're sweeping in lonesome dove, then we need to tighten up the language. Well, and and I don't care if it's lonesome dove or any other novel. Bill, it's up to us to tighten the bill to make sure that when vendors are looking, they don't ban lonesome dove because that's crazy. They might need to ban lonesome dove, though.
