Hi guys, so my name is uh Dale Brain, and we're the next Texas State Senator for District 30. It's a massive wide area, but around here is basically all of Russia. It doesn't matter if you're in Denver County or Town County. Um I've just uh won my not just my primary, but my run off election as well, so I'll come
officially giving a ballot in November. Um work and healthcare system. I know that we have people who are poor but not poor enough to qualify for Medicaid. I believe that we should definitely be part of the Medicaid expansion program. We're losing literally $10 billion a year over this Texas uh for not being part of this program.
And I think supporting our public school teachers. Right now, our schools are desperately funded. A decade ago, we used to give more direct funding to our ISDs. We refactored that in the past decade to make it more dependent upon your property taxes, which is a lock-sider play of funding our ISDs. A good friend of mine told me how much how
much money she made before she retired as a public school teacher, and I said, My God, Vicky, that's the same amount of money I made in my first job at college. We need to support our public schools, and that's what I stand for. Uh again, if you want to learn more about me, find for Texas.com.
